Vitamin B12 Injection
Quick energy and focus support.
An intramuscular B12 dose for clients with documented deficiency, vegan/vegetarian diets, or chronic fatigue. Quick appointment, immediate uptake compared to oral supplementation, no downtime. Bring your most recent blood-test results if you have them so Emily can advise on cadence.
What to expect.
Five-minute appointment. Intramuscular injection into the upper arm or glute. Brief sting, no real downtime, walk out the same minute. Most clients pair it with a treatment they're already coming in for.
Results timeline.
Energy and focus benefit reported within 24–48 hours by clients with documented low B12. The dose itself depletes over 4–8 weeks; cadence depends on your bloodwork — Emily advises after seeing your results. Not a substitute for diagnosing the underlying cause of any deficiency.
Questions, answered.
What does Vitamin B12 Injection actually do to the skin?
Laser skin rejuvenation stimulates collagen and elastin production at a controlled depth below the surface. The visible change is smoother texture, more even tone, reduced fine lines, and improved luminosity — gradual but durable. It doesn't tighten like surgery; it improves skin quality. Think of it as optimising the canvas, not changing the face.
How long until I see results?
Subtle glow and smoothness appear within 7–14 days of the first session. Collagen remodelling takes longer — the full result from a 3–4 session course shows up 3–6 months after the final treatment. It's a slow-burn treatment; if you want dramatic immediate change, this isn't it. If you want your skin to age better, this is exactly it.
How many sessions do I need?
Most clients see meaningful results from a 3–4 session course, spaced Every 4–8 weeks depending on bloodwork. Single sessions produce visible but temporary glow; the structural improvement (texture, tone, collagen density) comes from the course. Emily will recommend a count at consultation based on your skin's current state and goals — sometimes 3 is enough, sometimes 6 is better.
Does it hurt?
Mild heat and a prickling sensation across the treated area. Most clients describe it as 'warm and tingly' rather than painful. The face and small areas go quickly (10–15 minutes of active treatment); larger areas take longer. Redness for a few hours afterwards is normal; a little pinkness the next morning is possible, usually settled by the evening.
Are there medications or conditions that rule me out?
Active tan, recent sun exposure, Roaccutane in the last six months, photosensitising medications, and pregnancy are the main pauses. Certain skin conditions (active acne flare, cold sore in the treated area, recent chemical peel) require rescheduling. Emily runs a health screen at consultation; most clients are straightforwardly suitable.
Can I combine Vitamin B12 Injection with facials?
Yes — with spacing. Book facials either 1 week before or 2 weeks after a rejuvenation session so the skin isn't doing two things at once. Many clients alternate: one rejuvenation session, a couple of facials for maintenance, another rejuvenation session. Emily will sequence the plan with you at consultation.
Who's the ideal candidate?
Clients in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who want to improve skin quality proactively — texture, fine lines, tone, dullness, early sun damage. Younger clients (late 20s) with specific concerns (acne scarring, pigmentation) also benefit. It's not the right treatment for deep wrinkles (those need different tools) or for clients with very active acne (treat that first).
